Originally from the Memphis area, Melissa Matthews relocated to St. Louis over seven years ago. With an extensive background in sales and marketing, her career has taken her across different regions, but St. Louis has now become her home. As a newer member of Arch Interim Housing and Empire Furniture Rental, Melissa is eager to immerse herself in the local industry and become a passionate advocate for the region.
Working with a talented team that boasts over 145 years of combined industry experience, Melissa thrives in an environment that values collaboration and expertise. Her natural passion for people shines through in the positive culture she fosters, her strategic networking, and her warm southern hospitality.
Described by her coworkers as approachable, gregarious, and supportive, Melissa brings a vibrant energy to her workplace.
When she’s not working, Melissa enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, riding SXS with her dogs, and relaxing at wine tastings with friends. Her personal motto, “Live life, learn lessons,” reflects her zest for life and her commitment to continuous growth.


Cristina Dulin-Vice President Operations
An Industry Veteran in St. Louis Corporate Housing, Customer Service and Support
Cristina Dulin, originally from the St. Louis area, brings over 24 years of experience in the industry, including 12 years with Arch Interim Housing. Cristina is deeply committed to helping new customers find solutions to their temporary housing needs, and she is committed to building successful partnerships within the industry. Cristina is well-regarded for her ability to multitask and solve problems swiftly, always with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Her coworkers describe her as genuine, outgoing, and caring. Inspired by helping others—whether clients or colleagues—Cristina lives by the motto “teach and support.”
When not at work, Cristina loves playing golf, spending time with her fur babies, and being grandma to 3 beautiful grandchildren. If asked, what would you do if you had the chance, Cristina said, rescue all animals in need, support single mothers, and ensure every military veteran lives the life they deserve.
Justin Tittel-Business Development Account Executive
A Solution-Oriented Professional with a Passion for Service
Justin Tittle, who grew up in St. Charles County, is a relatively new addition to Arch Interim Housing and Empire Furniture Rental, but his passion for helping people find solutions is already making an impact. He thrives on assisting clients in finding the best value and service for their temporary housing needs, with a focus on problem-solving—because, as Justin puts it, “no one wants issues when they move to another city.” His coworkers describe him as industrious, professional, and authentic. Justin loves being part of a team that delivers world-class customer service.
When he’s not working, you can find him riding BMX bikes, spending time with family at the lake, or enjoying the outdoors. He is also a dedicated advocate for the Special Olympics of Missouri. His personal motto is, “Success is the progressive realization of a worthy ideal.”


Darlene Stidman-Housekeeping Manager
A Champion of Cleanliness and Precision
Originally from Mississippi, Darlene Stidman has been a vital part of Arch Interim Housing for the past three years, thriving in the housewares division. She embraces the daily challenges of her role, leveraging her exceptional organization skills and keen eye for cleanliness to make a significant impact on the company’s success. Her coworkers describe her as reliable, trustworthy, and loyal, reflecting the strong relationships she builds in the workplace.
For Darlene, the most inspiring aspect of her job is the satisfaction of completing tasks, which fuels her dedication and work ethic. Outside of work, she finds joy in cooking comforting meals for her family and enjoys the thrill of thrift shopping. Passionate about giving back, Darlene is actively involved in children’s charities and initiatives to feed the homeless. Renee Korte-Office Manager and Bookkeeper

With over 25 years of financial experience, Renee thrives on working with numbers, balancing budgets, and helping people navigate their financial needs. She firmly believes that logic and common sense can solve most challenges, making her an invaluable resource to her team.

Outside of her professional life, Renee enjoys traveling and is an enthusiastic volleyball coach and player.
