As much as we’d like for you to stay with us forever, that’s not usually the case. Arch Interim Housing provides beautifully furnished temporary and corporate homes for those looking at a short term stay. Despite our fully equipped kitchen, large closets and more, we can’t quite provide that comforting, lived in feeling a home has. So, here are a few ways to make your stay feel more like home.

  • Add picture frames. Pictures of loved ones brings your family with you, even if they’re miles away.
  • Dig out some old blankets. Toss these across the top of the couch or at the edge of your bed. Just the smell alone will comfort you.
  • Lastly, don’t be afraid to get a little messy. Chances are when you’re messy, your belongings end up in places that they feel like they should go.

Living in a temporary home doesn’t have to feel like its short-term. If you have any other useful tips on how to make your corporate or temporary house feel like home, let us know. You can find us on Facebook or email us directly.
